Microchip PIC10F200-I/P Microcontroller

An 8-bit flash microcontroller from the PIC10F2xx family. The device is a low-cost, high-performance 8-bit fully static flash-based CMOS microcontroller that employs a RISC architecture with only 33 single-word/single-cycle instructions. All instructions are single cycle except for program branches which take two cycles.

Suitable applications range from personal care appliances and security systems to low-power remote transmitters/receivers.
