HE2B-M200 Double 3-Position 16mm Rectangle Enabling Switch IDEC

The HE2B-M200 is a 3 position enabling switch by IDEC, allowing the machine to be operated only when the switch is lightly pressed and held in the middle position. When the switch is depressed or further pressed into position 1 or 3, it will disable the machine ensuring safety of the operator. The switch provides a high level of safety based on human behavioral studies that determine personnel may squeeze OR let go when presented with a panic situation. The switch is designed for use with pendants as a deadman switch in hazardous environments including maintenance and operation of robots.
