The Zooz ZSE70 Z-Wave Outdoor Motion Sensor is a 3-in-1 IP66-rated Z-Wave motion detector complete with lux and temperature sensors! You can depend on it for both security and home automation, inside or outside the home. Please note this device uses the UE/UK 868.4MHz frequency and does not support LR (Long Range) Z-Wave functionality. Mount it on a clean flat surface, add it to your Z-Wave hub, and program notifications for unexpected activity. Use these reports to automate lights, sirens and trigger other Z-Wave devices. The sensor monitors brightness levels to help you fine-tune your smart lighting schedules. You’ll be able to customize its behaviour and performance as long as your hub grants you access to advanced settings. Please take a look at the compatibility list below before purchasing. You’ll also get temperature reports to your hub to help you fine-tune your smart home schedules and automate heating, HVAC equipment and more. While the sensor is rated for outdoor use, it can be just easily used inside of your home.
