SparkFun Sound Detector

The SparkFun Sound Detector is a compact and user-friendly audio sensing board that comes with three distinct outputs. This unique feature not only offers an audio output but also gives a binary indication of sound presence and an analog representation of sound intensity. The three outputs function simultaneously and independently, offering the flexibility to use any or all outputs as per requirement. The envelope output of the SparkFun Sound Detector provides an easy way to understand the amplitude of sound by simply measuring the analog voltage. The gain can be adjusted with a through-hole resistor, which also allows for the alteration of the binary output pin threshold.
