Sparkfun Serial Flash Memory - GD25Q40CTIGR (4Mb, 120MHz)

The GD25Q40C Serial Flash Memory from Sparkfun supports a standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), as well as Dual/Quad SPI. This includes Serial Clock, Chip Select, and Serial Data I/O0 (SI), I/O1 (SO), I/O2 (WP#), and I/O3 (HOLD#). It also offers high-speed data transfer, with the Dual I/O data transferring at a speed of 240Mbits/s and the Quad I/O & Quad output data transferring at a speed of 480Mbits/s.The 4M-bit Serial Flash Memory features 512K-byte and 256 bytes per programmable page. It also supports standard, dual, and quad SPI.
