The precision and micropower voltage references MAX6190-MAX6195/MAX6198, Low dropout voltage references provide high initial accuracy and very low temperature coefficient through a proprietary curvature correction circuit and laser-cut precision thin-film resistors. These bandgap references in series operation take a maximum of only 35-uA quiescent current, making them ideal for battery-powered devices. They provide a supply current that is virtually immune to input voltage fluctuations. Load regulation specifications are guaranteed for source and sink currents up to 500 uA. These devices are internally compensated, making them perfect for applications requiring rapid transient vibration, and are stable at capacitive loads up to 2.2 nF.
