LM385LP-1-2 Voltage reference, 1.235, ±2, 20 mA, TO-92

The LM185-1.2-N/LM285-1.2-N/LM385-1.2-N are 2-terminal bandgap voltage regulator diodes for micro operation. They operate over a current range from 10 µA to 20 mA and are characterised by an exceptionally low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. Tight voltage tolerance is achieved by on-chip trimming. As the LM185-1.2-N bandgap reference only uses transistors and resistors, it provides low noise and good long-term stability.

The careful design of the LM185-1.2-N has resulted in the device being exceptionally tolerant to capacitive stress, making it easy to use in virtually any reference application. The wide dynamic operating range allows for use with highly varying supply voltages with excellent regulation.

The extremely low power consumption of the LM185-1.2-N makes it useful for microcurrent circuits. This voltage reference can be used to manufacture portable meters, regulators or general analogue circuits with a battery life close to durability.
