EFFEKTA® batteries are modern AGM batteries (Absorbent Glass Mat). The electrolyte is bound in a fibreglass mat, resulting in low self-discharge. The batteries only need recharging every six months, provided they are not stored at temperatures above 20°C. AGM batteries are leak-proof and can be installed virtually anywhere.
