Protect your hearing from loud noise with the 3M™ PELTOR™ hearing aid plugs without compromising the perception of ambient noise. Our wireless electronic ear plugs are designed to improve situational awareness and communication. They enable – without restricting your hearing protection – communication with persons in the vicinity as well as the perception of ambient noise. Easy to use – with only a single push of a button you can switch the earplugs on and off, or switch between the available volume settings (low, normal, loud). The slim and light design improves the overall comfort and makes it compatible with head covers. Replaceable ear pieces allow you to adjust the ear protection plugs to the desired protection level and ensure a comfortable fit. Charging is done by means of a Micro-USB-plug in the charging case. The lithium-ion batteries enable a continuous operation for up to 16 hours; the charging (at a USB-socket of a computer or a plug-in power supply) takes approx. 180 minutes. The case has a transparent lid, through which the charging status indicator can be easily viewed. A rubber sealing ring around the case protects the ear plugs against moisture and dirt. With regard to the protection against water, the case conforms to protection class IP54 (with the lid closed and USB connection). The insulation (SNR) of the 3M™ PELTOR™ Electronic Earplugs meets the requirements of the PPE Directive 89/686/EEC.
