CLR-M2XT M.2 SSD passive cooler, aluminium – 2280

The passive aluminium cooler designed for intensive cooling of high-performance NVMe M.2 SSD drives. The universal cooler can be used on M.2 cards 22 x 80 mm in size. The supplied heat-conducting pads allow installation of the cooler for all single-sided and double-sided M.2 SSD drives.

Thanks to its total height of 24 mm and the passive height of 20 mm, the cooler can also be used in the slot above which the graphics card protrudes. Horizontal-ribbing of the aluminium passive and the metal frame optimises heat dissipation of the M.2 SSD, thereby helping to reduce the drive temperature by up to 30°C. This extends the life of the SSD hard drive and prevents the hard drive from slowing down, known as "thermal throttling".

The cooler can be used not only with M.2 AXAGON adapters but also with M.2 (NGFF) slots on motherboards etc. Thanks to its large cooling surface and metal frame, it effectively dissipates heat from both sides of the M.2 hard drive for maximum cooling efficiency.
