Early 2N697 NPN Silicon transistor by Fairchild Semiconductor.

some of these have the very early Fairchild "F" stamped into the top of the case. ***(4/2/14 -Sorry,No stamped version remaining- all sold )****

This evil and sinister looking device is matt black with long gold leads, one for Darth Vader or anyone who is an avid historical silicon collector .

Status: NOS (New Old Stock) good condition CIRCA early 1960'
