Two Low Input LDOs, Three High PSRR LDOs, Two General Purpose LDOs PMIC

The FAN53870 is a low Iq PMIC for mobile power applications such as camera modules. The PMIC contains two very low drop-out, 1A LDOs, guaranteed to operate from voltages as low as 1.0V input to improve system efficiency. Three LDOs are designed for ultra-low noise and high PSRR support of camera analog loads or can be used for powering RF circuitry. The FAN53870 contains two additional 300mA LDOs with excellent performance. Each LDO has two I2C settable Over Current Protection (OCP) levels and four different debounce timer settings. Each power input has its own Under-Voltage Level Output (UVLO) detection circuit and the LDOs operate independent of the VIN state of the other LDOs. The FAN53870 provides an interrupt pin to alert the system when an OCP, UVLO, over-temp (OT) occurs or if an output is under-voltage (UV).
