PCIe M.2 Side Adapter for Raspberry Pi 5

The Waveshare PCIe M.2 Side Adapter board for Raspberry Pi 5 offers a different arrangement to your usual on-top or underneath M.2 HATs, sitting next to the Raspberry Pi 5 rather than on top/bottom. This side-on format allows you to use fast NVMe SSDs whilst keeping hardware off of your Raspberry Pi, allowing unrestricted use of HATs, and ensures active coolers get the full airflow they need. The adapter accepts 2230 / 2242 / 2260 / 2280 format M.2 NVMe SSDs, supporting PCIe X1 Gen2 or Gen3 modes. Onboard LED indicators highlight power status and M.2 activity. The package includes the adapter board, transparent acrylic mounting base, custom PCIe cable, GPIO power cable (for hungry SSDs!) and a fixings pack. Raspberry Pi and SSD not included Features
