Sealed Heating Core: Unlike the original heating core, the FlowTech features a sealed heating core. This offers the following advantages:

Improved heat retention: The sealed design efficiently retains heat within the core, ensuring stable and consistent print temperatures. Increased durability: By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the sealed heating core minimizes the risk of damage during failed prints or when changing nozzles.

CHT High Flow Performance: The CHT High Flow nozzle was integrated into the FlowTech ecosystem through an official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech. This nozzle utilizes proprietary CHT technology, which was specifically developed to increase flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

The FlowTech nozzle with an integrated heatbreak allows for nozzle changes without preheating the hotend. With a FlowTech hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, require no tightening while hot, and can be performed with just two fingers and a 3D-printed nozzle-change knob.
