Add some jazz & pizazz to your project with a color touchscreen LCD. This TFT display is big (2.8" diagonal), bright (4 white-LED backlight), and colorful! With 240x320 pixels and individual RGB pixel control, it boasts superior resolution compared to a black-and-white 128x64 display.The display comes with a resistive touchscreen, allowing you to detect finger presses everywhere. It also has a version with a capacitive touchscreen. A built-in controller with RAM buffering minimizes the workload on the microcontroller, and it operates in two modes: 8-bit and SPI.In 8-bit mode, you need 12 lines total, while SPI mode is slower but requires only 5 pins. Additionally, 4 pins are needed for the touch screen, or use a resistive touchscreen controller (not included) for I2C.This display is packaged in an easy-to-use breakout board, compatible with 3-5V through high-speed level shifters to work with any microcontroller. If you're using SPI mode, leverage the onboard MicroSD card socket to showcase images (microSD card not included).A comprehensive open-source graphics library is available for 8-bit interfaces, allowing you to draw pixels, lines, rectangles, circles, text, and more. SPI users have a separate optimized library.
