Semiconductor relay for DIN rail mounting with integrated heat sink, fan and 3-phase control. The output power is proportional to the input signal. It operates at a voltage of 180 to 660 V AC and has a rated current of 65 A AC. The input ranges are 0 to 20, 4 to 20 and 12 to 20 mADC. It requires an external 24 V DC/V AC power supply and has integrated over-voltage protection.
