The LXMRL03C1000 cobot controller is the powerful central unit for collaborative robots in the Lexium cobot series with a payload of up to 3 kg. It was developed to automate repetitive, physically demanding tasks and thus relieve workers in a targeted manner - a step towards Industry 4.0. The controller impresses with its compact design, high connectivity (TCP/IP, Modbus, ProfiNet, Ethernet/IP) and extensive inputs/outputs (16 digital, 2 analog I/Os, high-speed input for belt tracking).

With an aluminium and steel housing (IP44) and numerous international safety certifications, it is optimized for professional use in assembly, packaging and handling. It is connected to the robot via a 6 m cable and is installed close to the floor - directly in the work area.
