Cable: This ultra-thin, shielded patch cable, with a diameter of just 4.7 mm, features a solid AWG 28 conductor and is designed for space-saving installation. The patented, tangle-free locking hooks allow for easy release and smooth retraction of the cable within the bundle. The shielded patch cable features a halogen-free jacket (CM/LSZH) and is designed for high-speed network connections.

Connectors: The connectors feature a slim design. The kink protector is narrower than the connector itself, ensuring no space constraints even at high packing densities. The RJ45 connector is made of polycarbonate and is wired according to the RJ45/T568B standard.

The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze.

Compliance Standards: The patch cable exceeds the requirements of ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 Cat6A and ISO 11801 Class EA Edition 2.1 for all frequencies from 1 to 500 MHz and is suitable for PoE according to IEEE 802.3af/802.3at (with 48 cables in a bundle) and according to Draft 802.3bt Types 3 and 4 (with 24 cables in a bundle). The derating factor is 1.9 (maximum channel length of 93 m with a total patch cable length of 10 m).

All patch cables are 100% factory-tested for Cat. 6A and are labeled in the center with a globally unique barcode. This enables easy documentation and integration with the free RapidID cable management software.

The patch cable can be used at operating temperatures ranging from -10°C to +60°C and stored at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C.
