IRFP450APBF MOSFET, N-channel, 500 V, 14 A, 0.4, TO-247AC

The third generation of power MOSFETs from Vishay provides the developer with the ultimate combination of fast switching, robust design, low on-resistance and cost efficiency. The TO-247AC enclosure is preferred for commercial and industrial applications where higher power levels rule out the use of TO-220AB components. The TO-247AC enclosure is similar to the previous TO-218 enclosure, but superior because it has an insulated mounting opening. It also provides greater creepage distances between the pins to meet the requirements of most safety specifications.
