BEDROCK 3D PAHT CF15 is a high-temperature polyamide with 15% carbon fibre content, designed for industrial applications where strength, dimensional stability and chemical resistance are critical. The material effortlessly copes with heat, stress and complex geometries and offers high reliability in demanding environments.

Powerful under pressure PAHT CF15 delivers rigid, strong and precise components that retain their shape even at high temperatures. With a thermoforming resistance of up to 150 degrees Celsius and low moisture absorption, it is ideal for automotive, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and functional prototypes where conventional plastics are not sufficient.

Industrial processability Thanks to its optimised formulation, PAHT CF15 ensures even and stable prints. Hardened or ruby nozzles are recommended for maximum service life. The material is compatible with water-soluble support material BEDROCK 3D BVOH, which ensures complex geometries and undercuts are clean and free from residues.
