PF9453 WLCSP Low Power Multi-Rail PMIC Evaluation Board

The PF9453 is a general-purpose single-chip power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed to support different microcontrollers (MCUs) and microprocessors (MPUs) for different consumer applications. The PF9453 provides an out-of-the-box power supply solution to support i.MX 91 family processors. The wafer-level chip-scale package (WLCSP) device provides four high-efficiency step-down regulators, two low-dropout regulator (LDO), one 400 mA load switch and 32.768 kHz crystal oscillator driver. The board has a USB Type-C connector for easy connection to the software graphical user interface (GUI) that allows inter-integrated circuit (I²C) access to the PF9453 PMIC registers.
