BVS 1-01P CATV subscriber amplifier

This subscriber amplifier increases the signal level by 15 dB and can compensate for the attenuation when distributing cable TV (CATV). This signal attenuation is caused by the addition of a distributor and/or by longer cables. The amplifier can be used for operation in modern cable networks that use a frequency range up to 1218 MHz and provide cable Internet at gigabit speed. The data signals in the frequency range 5 to 204 MHz are not amplified so that they don't interfere with the return path to the network operator. This upstream for Internet and telephone is attenuated in the frequency range 5 to 204 MHz with only -1 dB.
