With the RM1D series, Carlo Gavazzi expands its range of DC semiconductor solutions up to 100 A for supply voltages up to 60 V DC, up to 50 A for supply voltages of up to 200 V DC and up to 10 A for supply voltages of up to 500 V DC. The new series is suitable for mounting on control panels and heat sinks. The switching function of the RM1D is controlled by a DC voltage in the range from 4 to 32 V DC. An LED indicates the presence of the control voltage at the SSR.
