MPI-540 Multifunction Installation Tester The Sonel MPI-540 multifunctional meter for testing electrical installations is designed for testing electrical installations in homes and industrial settings. This device can be used to take measurements whose results determine the safety status of the installation. In addition, the user can measure the parameters of electrical networks located at these sites. This allows for monitoring the quality of electrical power and measuring the parameters of equipment designed to protect against electric shock-all using a single universal device.

The function for testing residual current circuit breakers in Auto mode enables a high degree of measurement automation, and the manufacturer’s software for controlling measurement sequences (so-called “auto tests") can also be expanded to include additional, custom sequences. Automatic measurement of the insulation resistance of 3-, 4-, and 5-wire cables is possible using the AUTO ISO-1000C adapter.
