The S28HL02GTFGBHI050 is a 2 Gb (2048 Mbit) SEMPER™ NOR flash in a 24-ball 8 × 8 mm BGA MCP (halogen-free, Pb-free), using a 3.0 V HL-T supply (2.7 V to 3.6 V) over -40°C to +85°C industrial range. It supports JESD251 Octal SDR/DDR at 133/133 MHz with up to 266 MByte/s bandwidth, plus SPI, and integrates ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and sector protection for embedded code and data storage.
