The S29GL512T11FHAV23 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, operating at 3.0 V with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It offers random access as fast as 100 ns, page mode read at 15 ns, and a 512-byte programming buffer. With 128-KB uniform sectors, advanced sector protection, and internal ECC for single-bit error correction, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention across -40°C to +105°C.
