The new XENSIV™ TLE4971 in a 300 mil DSO-16 package is intended for automotive applications. The new package enables reinforced and basic insulation and 8 mm clearance and creepage for high voltage. Six different pre-programmed current ranges: 16 A, 20 A, 30 A, 35 A, 40 A and 50 A are available. With highest accuracy, the XENSIV™ TLE4971 is ideal for on-board chargers (OBC), high-voltage auxiliary drives and power distribution.
