It features flexible sector architectures (4 KB/256 KB), ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, built-in ECC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex for customizable endurance and retention. With -40°C to +125°C operation (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it is ideal for automotive and industrial embedded systems.
