The CY8C4147LDE-HVS134T is an automotive mixed-signal microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ core, up to 128 KB flash and 16 KB SRAM, and a high-voltage subsystem supporting 3.3 V or 5 V operation from 12 V or 24 V batteries. It integrates a 12-bit SAR ADC, multi-sense converter for capacitive sensing, LIN and CXPI transceivers, and programmable analog and digital blocks. AEC-Q100 qualification ensures reliability for body, HMI, and powertrain applications.
