The CY8C4147LDE-HVS114T is an automotive-grade mixed-signal microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 128 KB flash, and 16 KB SRAM. It features a 12-bit, 1 Msps SAR ADC, two opamps, two low-power comparators, and a multi-sense converter for capacitive sensing. Operating from 5 V with ±2% accuracy, it tolerates up to 42 V battery input.
