The CY8C4147LWE-HVS025T is a high-voltage, mixed-signal automotive microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ core, 128 KB flash, and 16 KB SRAM. It features a 12-bit SAR ADC, multi-sense converter (CAPSENSE™), programmable analog and digital blocks, and up to 41 GPIOs. Operating directly from 12 V or 24 V battery (tolerates up to 42 V), it offers selectable 3.3 V output and LIN/CXPI transceiver. AEC-Q100 qualified, it suits automotive HMI, body, and powertrain systems.
