The CY8C4146LWE-HVS105T is a high-voltage automotive microcontroller from Infineon's PSOC™ 4 HV mixed signal series, featuring a 48 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, 64 KB flash, and 8 KB SRAM. It integrates a 12-bit, 1 Msps SAR ADC, multi-sense converter for capacitive sensing, and supports up to 41 GPIOs in a 56-pin QFN package. Operating directly from 12 V or 24 V batteries, it offers selectable 3.3 V or 5 V regulator output up to 60 mA.
