The CY8C4146LDE-HVS114XT is a high-voltage, mixed-signal automotive MCU with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 64 KB flash, and 8 KB SRAM in a 48-pin QFN package. It integrates a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, fifth-generation CAPSENSE™ with multi-sense converter, programmable analog and digital blocks, and supports 3.3 V/5 V operation.
