The CY8C4146LDE-HVS104T is a high-voltage, mixed-signal automotive microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 64 KB flash, and 8 KB SRAM in a 48-pin QFN. It features a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, advanced CAPSENSE™ for capacitive sensing, LIN/CXPI transceivers, and a high-voltage subsystem for direct 12 V/24 V battery operation. AEC-Q100 qualified, it supports up to 33 GPIOs, offers ASIL-B safety features, and selectable 3.3 V or 5 V regulator output with ±2% accuracy.
