The CY8C4146LDE-HVS004T is a high-voltage automotive MCU in a 48-pin QFN package, built on a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ core with 64 KB flash and 8 KB SRAM. It integrates a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, MSC for CAPSENSE™ capacitive sensing, and up to 33 GPIOs. Supporting LIN and CXPI interfaces, it operates directly from a 12 V/24 V battery with selectable 3.3 V regulator output. Meeting AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 ASIL-B standards, it is suited for automotive HMI and powertrain applications.
