MOTIX™ TLE9563-3QXW is an AEC Q100 Grade 0-qualified system IC for BLDC motors with integrated gate driver, power supply and communication interface.

MOTIX™ TLE9563-3QXW motor system IC (SBC) integrates a 5 V low-dropout voltage regulator, one HS-CAN transceiver supporting CAN FD, CAN partial networking (incl. FD tolerant mode), three half-bridges for BLDC motor control, one current sense amplifier and one 32-bit serial peripheral interface (SPI). This device offers diagnostic and supervision features, is ISO 26262-ready and supports an extended temperature range of -40°C to +175°C.
