It supports HYPERBUS™ interface up to 332 MBps (166 MHz), JEDEC eXpanded SPI, and operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V. AEC-Q100 qualification and a 24-ball BGA package ensure robust performance for automotive and industrial applications.
