The S25HL02GTFABHV153 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die package. It supports Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps at 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply. Designed for automotive and industrial use, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C) and ISO 26262 ASIL B. Integrated ECC, SafeBoot, Endurance flex, CRC, and robust sector protection ensure high reliability and data integrity.
