The S28HS256TGZBHM013 is a 256 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports octal and expanded SPI interfaces with SDR up to 166 MBps and DDR up to 400 MBps, operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V. Automotive qualified to AEC-Q100 and ISO26262 ASIL B/D, it features Endurance Flex architecture, ECC with single-bit correction, CRC for interface and array integrity, and SafeBoot for initialization failure detection.
