The CY8C4025LQS-S413 is an automotive-grade microcontroller from the PSOC™ 4000S family, integrating a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 32 KB flash, and 4 KB SRAM. It supports 1.8 V to 5.5 V operation, up to 34 programmable GPIOs, and advanced CAPSENSE™ capacitive touch sensing. Key features include two current DACs, two low-power comparators, five 16-bit timer/counter/PWM blocks, and two flexible serial communication blocks.
