The SLC38B benefits of a 32-bit architecture based on the Arm® SecurCore® SC300 enhanced by Infineon Technologies’ cache and security technology. The internal clock is running at a frequency of up to 100 MHz, which is especially supporting biometric applications. It is adjustable according to either power requirements or required performance.
