The S29GL01GT10DHI013 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel MIRRORBIT™ flash memory for embedded and automotive systems. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, it supports I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC and meets AEC-Q100 Grade 2 standards for temperatures up to 105°C. Features include 15 ns page access, 100 ns random access, a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles.
