The S25HL02GTDPBHV150 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die package. It supports Quad SPI up to 102 MBps DDR, operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, and features ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety, Endurance flex architecture, ECC for error correction, and advanced sector protection. It operates from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1) and offers at least 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, ideal for automotive and industrial use.
