The S29GL512S11TFA023 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O, built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, 110 ns random access, and page mode access as fast as 25 ns. With a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC for single-bit error correction, and advanced sector protection, it is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C) for automotive and industrial use.
