It operates at 1.71 V to 1.89 V and supports industrial temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The device delivers 1015 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. With up to 20 MHz SPI clock, advanced write protection, and a dedicated 256-byte special sector, the 8-pin UFLGA package is RoHS compliant and ideal for reliable nonvolatile writes.
