The CY15V108QI-20BFXI is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) providing nonvolatile memory with virtually unlimited endurance (10^15 read/write cycles) and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V and supporting -40°C to +85°C, it features a fast SPI interface up to 20 MHz, zero write delay, and low power consumption. Its 8-pin UFLGA package enables compact, robust integration for demanding industrial and control applications.
