IRHNPC9A7110

The IRHNPC9A7014 is a single R9 N-channel MOSFET with 100V and 9.0A ratings. In a compact SMD-0.1 package, this rad hard device provides electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. They offer improved immunity to SEE and have characterized for useful performance with Linear Energy Transfer (LET) up to 88.6 MeV·cm2/mg. Its lower RDS(on) and fast switching times enable better performance in DC-DC converters or motor drives in space power systems.
