JANSR2N7647T3 R9 N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard device with a voltage rating of 60V and current handling of 30A. Housed in the TO-257AA low ohmic package, its electrical performance is up to 100krad(Si) TID with QPL qualification. Its low RDS(on) and faster switching times make it ideal for high speed switching applications such as DC-DC converters and motor controllers in space applications.
