IRHNS67160

The rad hard N-channel MOSFET IRHNS67160 is a single device suitable for space applications, featuring 150V voltage rating and 56A current rating. It uses IR HiRel R6 technology and comes in a SupIR-SMD package with electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID classification. It has low RDS(on) and low gate charge for reduced power losses in DC-DC converters and motor controllers, while retaining all advantages of MOSFETs.
