Exhibiting temperature stability and voltage control, this QPL classified MOSFET can withstand TID up to 100krad(Si) and LET up to 90 MeV·cm2

IRHNMC9A7120 is a rad hard R9 N-channel MOSFET in a SMD-0.2C package.
